I actually decided to paint this little fellow after watching videos of all the cheeky King Parrots that have made themselves at home on my sister’s verandah. They have so much character! I really love the way that the vibrant red and green of these parrots sits against happy pinks, teal, and stormy Prussian grey. Flowering gum made the perfect addition!
This artwork is an A4 sized watercolour on 310gsm slightly textured archival strength cotton rag paper.
You can choose to purchase this artwork as is or framed in an Australian made Tasmanian Oak box frame (no mat). If you choose to purchase unframed, the artwork will be carefully packaged with backing board in a cello sleeve- ready for you to choose your own framing options.
